Leah Mason
Leah started her career agency-side for a large construction company, after which she moved to an internal talent management role focusing on all senior appointments within the business. Through her experience of seeing both sides of the fence, Leah deeply understands the frustrations and perspectives of both sides, and therefore seeks to reduce the time, energy and frustrations experienced by both clients and candidates.
Leah focuses on time to hire, working to tight deadlines with regards to mobilising senior appointments, as efficiently as possible. She is trusted to expertly place roles that traditional recruitment companies would not advertise, using her market knowledge and time within the industry.
Having worked within the industry for over 20 years, Leah’s vision is to continue to develop and expand her business whilst never compromising on her core values of integrity, personalisation, responsiveness and experience, which are reflected in her repeat client and candidate retention.

Carly Dibb

In 2022, Carly embarked on a new journey with FMI, transitioning from a distinguished 20-year nursing career to join our team. Armed with a diverse array of transferable skills, Carly brings a fresh perspective and a wealth of experience to the table.
At FMI, Carly works in tandem with Leah, providing support across all business functions. Together, they ensure that candidates receive the guidance and assistance necessary to navigate the path towards securing their dream job seamlessly.
Carly’s role encompasses everything people and process-related. Her priority is empowering individuals to reach their full career potential, offering support and guidance to candidates every step of the way.
